Pink Lemonade ... for Girls

You've wiped countless tears.  Hugged so tight.  Beamed with pride.  And gently nudged her in the right direction.  The ups and downs of childhood, and parenting, are challenging.  We have to be mindful of the words we choose to foster confidence, inner-beauty, strength, self-worth and independence within our children.  We want our children to be happy, first and foremost, but also successful in every aspect of their life.  And in our opinion, you can never "fill them up" with too many words of encouragement.

Pink Lemonade does just that ... inspires girls to build a foundation for an amazingly strong and vibrant life, full of great things. Just as making a glass of lemonade is simple (three basic ingredients), so is making "life lemonade".  The recipe is: contribute positively to oneself + to others = a joyful, successful life.

A few of our favorite instructions ...
Be kind to those around you, especially if they feel alone.
If you stand tall with confidence, you’ll never fall.
Your success can only be as good as what you contribute to it.

Pink Lemonade is very sweet and beautifully written by Carey Grund, founder of Smilegram Paper®,  and is the perfect parent companion.  It's sure to be uplifting (even when life gives you lemons) and make you, and your daughter, smile - which means everyone else around you will smile too.

Keep your glass full of more positive words by connecting with Carey.  You can find her at SmilegramPaper.com, on Twitter and on Facebook.  Pink Lemonade is available as an e-book and paperback.  Remember, "be yourself and listen to your heart".
Thanks Carey for sharing your wisdom with us.
